Trump Gets Rough Treatment from Pecker- How Deep Is He In?

Trump Is In Deep!

A week that started out with the news that White House counsel Don McGahn had cooperated extensively with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, sitting down for more than 30 hours of interviews, did not improve for our nation’s 45th president, although he did manage to yet again make the cover of his beloved Time Magazine- most of him, anyway.

By now everyone knows that in addition to the Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort bombshells, all kinds of different people have been turning on Trump as well.

News came out Friday that federal prosecutors in Manhattan struck a deal earlier this summer with Allen Weisselberg, the longtime chief financial officer of the Trump Organization. He too was granted immunity for his upcoming grand jury testimony regarding those hush payments.

Time Politics correspondent Philip Elliott spoke of hearing “fear” in the voices of Trump staffers. “They can’t even agree on what ocean they’re in,” he said.

Earlier this week, the big news was that David Pecker, the head of the company that publishes the National Enquirer, American Media Inc, was granted immunity in the federal investigation that is going on around Michael Cohen in exchange for providing information on hush money deals, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Pecker told prosecutors that Trump knew all about Cohen’s payments to the women who claimed to have had sex with Trump, sources familiar with the matter told CNN. Pecker also provided investigators with details about payments Cohen made to the women, the sources said.
Prosecutors also granted immunity to A.M.I.’s chief content officer, Australian journalist Dylan Howard, so that he would describe Trump’s involvement in the matter.
All week long, it just kept rolling in. Friday night saw Trump World Tower doorman Dino Sajudin is claiming he’s got the scoop on an affair President Donald Trump had with an ex-housekeeper, one that resulted in a child born out of wedlock.
Legally speaking, he is now able to talk about a contract that he entered with AMI that had prohibited him from discussing the matter with anyone, according to his attorney.
That’s also what happened earlier this year, both with Stormy Daniels and Karen MacDougal, the latter of whom made it a point to claim she would never have sold her story to the National Enquirer in the first place, if she would have known they weren’t going to publish it. A “catch-and-kill” contract, they called it.
Earlier this year, a judge ruled that she, like Sajudin, could tell her story anyway.
Get ’em, Dino Sajudin and Karen MacDougal. I hope you take Pecker and jam him right up Donald’s assets.
Jerry George, who worked for the National Enquirer for 28 years, told CNN’s Erica Hill he thinks Pecker would turn on Trump to “save his own skin,” and that’s what they all seem to be doing. What a surprise.
Going forward, our usual task of raising awareness will not be very hard. All the world is aware that Donald Trump is a sinking ship, and we all know what sort of animals jump off them. This is a deeply corrupt and foolish man, a silly and arrogant man, one who really believed he could hide all this and still be the president. He’s getting what he deserves in Biblical proportions.  Good.
Presidents in generations to come will look to him as an abject model, and his name will become a spiteful slight to cast at other despots.
Obscene jokes and references abound, and the whole development has a bizarre air of perverted humor that somehow says a lot about the state of things today. If our president wasn’t a pervert, we wouldn’t be writing this now. But for Trump they’re not funny at all. Because David Pecker knows a lot that can hurt Donald Trump.

It took him all of two seconds to flip over, which has hit Trump where it hurts, penetrating deep into the core of the network of friends and allies he’s come to rely on over the years. For Pecker to come out with all he knows will be very messy for Trump.

He’s been buying up stories on Trump, only to suppress them, for many years now.

“They’ve got a safe full,” says Jerry George, a former senior editor at A.M.I.

We bet they do.

There is a clear moral to this story, and in it is a lesson to stand for all time. Corruption, in the end, is always its own reward. And the truth is always stronger than mere lies.

The Worst Day Yet For Donald Trump- Manafort and Cohen Guilty.

Licking lips like a lizard, Michael Cohen turns on Trump completely. Manafort guilty on 8 counts! Great day for US.

When America saw that Paul Manafort was found guilty yesterday, many of us shouted for literal joy. One lone holdout juror refused to vote to find him guilty on all eighteen counts, so ten of them ended up being a mistrial. He’ll have to go to court again on those.

On eight counts, however, he was guilty then and there. It’s enough to make sure he goes to prison.

“I won’t be this happy on Christmas, unless they find some other, even bigger, Trump crony to throw in the can,” said one of our senior contributors on the subject.

Manafort is said to have held out and went to trial believing he would get a pardon from Trump, who refused to deny he was considering it, even though bipartisan condemnation would surely follow.

Trump’s pardon of Joe Arpaio tells the story loud and clear, though. This “president” is not at all above subverting the judicial system to reward those who commit crimes he likes. Manafort may get his pardon- but even if he did, he would have to rot in jail until he finishes his other cases. He’s going to do years under any circumstances.

There can be no doubt. After two years of brazen lies, insults, and claims that all we say is fake news, finally. The slobs who watch Fox News can willfully deny no longer, and neither can their Republican masters.

They can gripe, they can whine, they can get ready to start obstructing again after we take back all power from the Republicans and never give any of it back to them. They had better adjust to that reality quick, for their own sakes.

Because Robert Mueller- whose public approval rating has jumped 11 points in the last 24 hours- absolutely blasted Trump yesterday.

Big as a deal as the Manafort conviction was- on any other day, I can’t even imagine another topic taking precedence- it was actually overshadowed by the court appearance and subsequent plea deal taken by Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney.

Cohen’s admission that he paid hush money to Stormy Daniels at Trump’s behest makes Trump the uncharged conspirator in a major felony case.

To understate the case all but absurdly, it’s a big deal. For the first time since he got elected, talk of his impending impeachment may not be far from reality-although if it is, the Republicans should be the ones to do it. We don’t want to split the country like they did with Bill Clinton. They can clean up their own mess, while we raise awareness about their incapacity to do it.

At any rate, Trump has been caught with his pants down, both with Stormy and with former Playboy centerfold Karen MacDougal. He paid her off too.

The question now on everybody’s mind is what comes next.

For all the talk about Robert Mueller and his investigation getting ready to wrap up this fall, we really have no idea. Mueller’s team has been completely immune to the sort of leaks that haunt the White House. There is no person in Mueller’s life analogous to Omarosa Manigault.

Justice Department policy regarding the indictment of a sitting president in the past suggests Mueller won’t charge him directly. But there’s never been a president this crooked before either, so we really don’t know. It is our opinion that at this point, the possibility should not be ruled out.

Indictment or no, the damage this will do to our unpleasant 45th president is almost impossible to overstate.

Between Cohen and Manafort, it’s been the hardest day for Trump since the day of him boasting about other sex offenses he committed on the “Grab ’em” tape recorded by Access Hollywood. It was a one-two punch of epic proportions. Trump is reeling.

What direction the finishing blow comes from is going to depend on Robert Mueller’s report and what’s in it. By this point, it seems likely that it won’t be anything good for Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, Trump himself is said to be calm for the moment, which to this Millennial Democrats contributor seems like the effects of shock. It is said that in the White House, they are bracing for a storm- a storm Trump himself has perceived he is caught out in.

Democrats are likewise preparing for the storm. Our leaders have drafted a wide-ranging contingency plan that will go into immediate effect should Trump try and fire Mueller. It will also happen if he takes any other steps to kill the Russia investigation, like firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein or pardoning key witnesses.

“How did we get here?” Trump woefully wondered on Fox News earlier this evening.

You ran for president, Donald. That’s how.

It’s been a tangled path, but one thing is certain. He’s got only himself to blame.

Michael Cohen- Ditched By Attorneys, Close To Cooperating.

Michael Cohen On His Way To Witness Stand

Michael Cohen, the personal attorney of America’s 45th president, has all but caught a case of the plague.

The pressure from two active federal investigations is worsening, and his lawyers are about to walk out the door.

ABC News reported Wednesday that the attorneys for President Donald Trump’s longtime lawyer, Michael Cohen, are about to leave the case.

The news has fueled a thousand speculations. Is Cohen flipping? Is he on his way to the can? Did he fire his lawyers, or did they quit? If they quit, was it because he’s toxic or because he didn’t pay them?

If Cohen did fire them, the decision was likely related to money, said former prosecutor Roland Riopelle to Business Manager on the subject today. McDermott, Will, and Emery, the firm where Ryan, Evans, and Harrison work, is what Riopelle described as “a gigantic firm where they bill premium rates.”

Good luck paying those bills, off the twelve cents an hour you’ll make in the fed joint.

“And it could simply mean that Michael Cohen thinks he’s going to bankrupted by this law firm before he gets to the end,” Riopelle continued. “And so he wants to make a change.”

But sources close to ABC say his lawyers are expected to leave the case on their own, and that he, as a result, is now likely to cooperate with federal investigators. It seems very possible he’s doing it to signal Trump somehow, in a sort of mob lawyer S.O.S. “Hey, old pal, I’m in big trouble here! Get me some help, or I’m going to have to snitch!”

“I think the likelihood of Mr. Cohen immediately flipping on the president just went through the roof,” Michael Avenatti, the attorney for the adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, told Business Insider.

Trump is reportedly financing portions of Cohen’s legal defense already.

Katy Tur from MSNBC reported earlier today that prosecutors at the Southern District of New York (SDNY) have contacted Cohen’s legal team, informing him that they are “preparing paperwork” to have him arrested. This lines up with reporting from Gabriel Sherman that Cohen expects to be arrested at any time, perhaps even tomorrow.
Cohen is running scared, in our opinion. He’s going to tell for sure. He was not only Trump’s lawyer but his longtime personal confidant. He knows better than anyone how little Trump values other people. He’ll be left out to dry because he’s become a liability, and he’s panicking. Part of him is still in denial, but in his heart, he knows.
The potential value of Michael Cohen to Robert Mueller or other investigators cannot be overstated, as he’s got more dirt on Donald Trump then anyone. He’s been his henchman this whole time. If he decides to cooperate, Trump is burned up and he knows it.
Hilariously, Cohen says he is feeling neglected by the president, according to sources of the Washington Post. From the guy who hired a thug to terrify Stormy Daniels, this level of naivete defies credulity. Trump has spent his whole life looking out for Trump. He doesn’t care about Cohen or anyone else, except insofar as they’re a risk or a reward to him.
In the movies, things never work out well for a mob lawyer, and there is always a moral to the story. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. If you cast your lot with a crook, you’ll end up on a crooked path. A bill will be presented, and a day of reckoning will come. Michael Cohen will soon be able to mark it on his calendar.

2018- The Year of the Democratic Woman!

The Year of the Democratic Woman!

Seven Democratic women won their primaries in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, a promising sign for Democrats.

Emily’s List, the political action committee for pro-choice Democratic women recently did a piece headlined with the words, ‘The 2018 Election Looks Like Women’s Work‘.  The organization said to Vox that since Trump’s election last year, it has heard from more than 20,000 women expressing interest in running for elected office.

The group had to knock down a wall in its Washington office to make room for more staff. That’s impressive.

That so many Pennsylvania women are running and winning matches the current political trend. More than twice as many women are running for Congress nationwide in 2018 than in 2016. They’re winning their primaries in large numbers, and the overwhelming majority of those women are Democrats.

“In the three districts that the Democrats have a good chance to pick up- Pennsylvania 4, 5, and 6- the nominees are women,” said G. Terry Madonna, the director of the Center for Politics and Public Affairs at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, in an interview.

Madonna cited the #MeToo movement and the Parkland shooting as primary motivations for many women running for office. In Pennsylvania, a number of female candidates made gun control a top priority.

“Throw in the unpopularity of Trump with Democratic women, and you’ve got a mixture that brought women (candidates),” Madonna said.

Women voters, in total, were one of the smartest demographical blocs in 2016, and the disastrous result of that election has galvanized them to action in record numbers. They have taken the country by storm.  The Blue Wave is going to end up landing a lot of women in Congress.

Meanwhile, a string of high-profile departures of prominent Republican women threatens to leave the House with fewer Republican women next year. This also indicates the national trend very well.

Women are disgusted with the Republican Party. They are flocking from it in droves. The endless scandals of sexual abuse that their candidates lug around like baggage have made it harder and harder to turn a blind eye; remember Roy Moore? And the worst of them all is currently the president.

The words and actions of Donald Trump have been so ugly towards women over the years that it’s really impossible to overstate. Stormy Daniels comes to mind.

She recently went public with the full story of intimidation, bullying, and misogyny that she was put through by the slob who is now our President. It’s typical of him. It seems like women have had enough.

Michelle Obama said to Trump voting women who voted against Hillary Clinton that they “voted against their own voice”. It seems as though many have started to figure that out.

The movement of women towards politics this year has not been restricted to candidates. Experienced female political operatives also are getting active like never before.

Their goals are to raise money and awareness, energize volunteers and give female candidates a hand with everything from fundraising to figuring out how to balance childcare during campaigns.

It’s too early to tell how the movement will change Washington in the long term. But it’s clear that a transformation has already begun. In dozens of interviews with TIME, Democratic women talked about what caused that metamorphosis.

In 2016, they were ordinary voters. In 2017, they became activists, spurred by the theft of the presidency from Hillary Clinton, the first major female presidential candidate at the hands of a self-described pussy grabber. And in 2018, they’ve become candidates on the front lines.

We have these doctors and mothers and teachers and executives, diving headlong into the mix and bringing new vitality to a Democratic Party whose need for them is greater than it’s ever been before. A great deal depends on us being able to free this country from the grasp of the criminals who are running it now.

Going forward, we can help this along by making sure our support is felt. We can ask women to share their stories with us and listen when they do. We can make it a point to seek out their perspectives.

We asked for leaders, after 2016, and these are the human beings who have stepped up. Now it’s 2018, and the midterms are nearly upon us.

We’re going to stand behind them every way we can.

One Year In- 45th Fumes As Mueller Investigation Turns Two.

The Mueller investigation heats up as we enter Year Two.

Yesterday was the one year anniversary of the formation of the special counsel investigation headed by Robert Mueller, and what a year it’s been.

Initially, its mandate was to investigate what the newly elected president knew about Russian interference into the 2016 election. But it quickly became clear that the president’s possible criminal tendencies would make it necessary to go a lot farther.

The president’s old lawyer, Ty Cobb, told him this would all be over by now. He got fired. The top lawyers in the country all refused to replace him. And then his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, got busted himself, and was replaced by former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is both over the hill and insane.

All is not well in the White House.

Over the past three decades, the man the Russians helped to elect as the president has allegedly committed just about every crime there is, from tax evasion to domestic abuse to sexual assault.

They say the past always catches up, and it seems like in this case, that is true.

In the last year, we have seen the myriad investigations into Donald Trump range all over the place, as America continues to learn more and more about what manner of man holds court in its highest office. This last week has illustrated the situation for us, in microcosm.

The Senate Judiciary Committee released hundreds of pages of interviews relating to Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. A few from Donald Trump Jr. shed light on a critical meeting between Trump campaign brass and Russians at Trump Tower in June 2016.

The Senate Intelligence Committee announced that it agreed with the Intelligence Community’s assessment that Russia sought to interfere in the 2016 election to help Trump and hurt Hillary Clinton.

And the Office of Government Ethics made public Trump’s 2017 financial disclosure statement.

That one hurts him.

This document is stone cold proof that he reimbursed Michael Cohen, his personal lawyer, for the $130,000 paid in hush money to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

Obviously very damning, but by then it was old news.

That one came courtesy of Trump’s lawyer, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who really loves to talk.

He told us all that Trump knew of the Cohen payments on Sean Hannity’s talk show a day after he got the spot on the bench of Trump’s legal team. You’d think that would have taught him to shut up, but it didn’t. Earlier this week, he was talking again, to CNN’s Dana Bash.

He was boasting that he had been told by the special counsel’s office that they did not believe they could indict a sitting president, as per Justice Department regulations established during the Nixon era.

Who expected that? We’re obviously not going to send the sitting president to prison! He’d have to stand up for the morning head count, in the middle of security briefings! That was never the plan, it would be ludicrous.

If Rudy’s intent was to console his capo, by reassuring him he’s not getting locked up next week, it seems to this Millennial Democrats contributor that he has admirably failed in that duty.

What Giuliani’s speech really did, was to let us know things have gotten so serious, that Mueller and his team have probably been considering disregarding the previous Justice Department regulations and locking him up anyway.

It’s hard to understand why a legal expert would do this much talking, even if he is demented and past his prime. It doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense. But that’s the nature of this administration and life in the country during it. Nothing makes sense, everything is topsy-turvy.

The same celebrities we loved twenty years ago have all turned into monsters, because they stepped into the political arena. They’re all so many fish out of the water. They don’t look any happier to be in power as we are to have them there.

As we prepare to follow this investigation into its second year, the big takeaway from the first one is that Donald Trump is almost certainly at least as guilty as Richard Nixon. But unlike Nixon, he probably won’t resign for the good of the country. And that is where the true crisis lies.

When Robert Mueller makes his recommendation at the end of all this, he very well may ultimately walk up to the desk of Rod Rosenstein and say Yeah, he did it! He knew everything!

It would then be the duty of the legislative branch to impeach him. Judging from their past conduct, it’s all too possible that this Congress, with their Republican majority, may not. They have undermined the Russiagate investigation from its first day.

If Trump is guilty and the Republicans ignore it, our democracy will have faced its greatest peril. We’ve got to do everything in our power to see to it that the Republicans in control of the House and Senate act with honor and fulfill their pledge to defend this country against tyranny, from within or without.

If they do not, we will soon go the way of the Roman Empire.

As this article was getting ready to publish, the news broke that Rudy Giuliani is talking again. This morning, he says that Robert Mueller has agreed to narrow the scope of his questioning in order to interview Donald Trump himself.

We’ll have to wait and see.

Blue Wave, Red Trough- World Comes Down on Trump and GOP.

#NeverTrump

Donald Trump and the Republican Party are both in full meltdown. Over the course of this chaotic week, we have seen just about everything go wrong for these people.

It was not even five full days ago that the FBI raided the office, home and hotel room of Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s personal attorney.

Since then, CNN Editor-at-Large Chris Cillizza has pointed out that there has been the staggering figure of twenty-six major headlines dealing with the Trump administration. With thanks to his assistance in compiling the list, we thought it was best left in the raw.

Monday:
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:

What a week.

For the purposes of posterity, every one of these things should be kept an eye on, so that we might raise awareness about them. But in the here and now, it’s only necessary to look at the general trend. You don’t have time to examine each drop of water in a flood, nor is that necessary, in order to understand that it’s time to seek high ground.

Nor have things been better for the other Republicans, which is good. Not in the history of America, have we seen a weaker and more morally bankrupt set of criminals stinking up the halls of our great government.

But at least one of them will soon be gone! Paul Ryan, the highest-ranking member of the House of Representatives is the latest to join a flood of Republicans to decide against seeking re-election. He wasn’t even the only one to do so that day.

GOP Representative Dennis Ross of Florida told his hometown paper that his fourth term in the House will be his last.

This is all very ominous, for the GOP. A Blue Wave, and a Red undertow.

In this world, there are few things certain, but one thing we can count on is being presented with bills to pay.

For Donald Trump and the GOP, the check has bounced.

As this was going to publishing, a determined Western coalition including the United States, Great Britain, and France launched strikes against targets at three sites in Syria in the early hours of Saturday morning, following a week of threats of retaliation for an alleged chemical weapons attack on civilians in the Damascus enclave of Douma.

The world is teetering on the brink of war, this morning, and the worst people in the country are in charge of running it.

Sleep well, America!

Hillary Clinton Is Needed More Now Than Ever.

#NeverTrump

The National Republican Senatorial Committee is at it again. For the first time in this cycle, they have launched ads attempting to tie Senate Democrats to the woman they most love to hate- Hillary Clinton.

A number of new digital ads released Monday are to run in the 10 states won by President Donald Trump in 2016 where Democratic senators are seeking re-election.

The videos will be seen on Facebook, which has joined Russia and the Republicans in unjustly treating Democrats time and again these last few years. What a surprise.

At any rate, while Fox News has been focusing on kicking around a private citizen, Stormy Daniels broke records on Sunday night on CNN. Twenty-two million people tuned in to hear her tell the awful story of what it was like to have an affair with America’s sleaziest man- its president.

It was a powerful story that made for a powerful retelling, and it highlighted the growing trend of awareness of women’s rights and women’s issues. In that awareness, Hillary Clinton’s name has been pulled back into the newspapers, as Fox News turns to the one strategy that has never failed it- attacking her.

Clinton recently said Trump’s campaign platform was “looking backwards”, and the videos highlight this. That’s good, since it was true.

They also highlight her saying during the 2016 race that half of Trump’s supporters could be put into a “basket of deplorables”, another undoubted fact.

For someone who they call crooked, she sure seems to make them awfully mad for telling the truth. This is what has led to Fox News giving Hillary Clinton and Stormy Daniels equal airtime this whole last week and weekend, although one was making television records while the other was living a private life.

Former State Department spokesperson Marie Harf, who is now a Fox News Contributor, made a number of nasty remarks on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace on March 18, while the Daniels interview was going on, about how she ought to “go away”.

Sometimes it is hard to understand people.

Hillary Clinton gave every day of her life to the people of this country. She subordinated her own needs and pride and self-interest to act for the good of her country and her party. Why is it so hard for them to just say thank you?

The 2016 election proved to us that institutionalized sexism is still very powerful, and the thirty years worth of hit jobs and slander that the right wing conspiracy machine cooked up over the years is still a potent brew.

It wasn’t anything rational that led to such a self-destructive decision on the part of a large minority of American people last year. It was irrational anger born from living in a confused and post-truth reality. People stopped listening to each other, the lines of communication broke down, and the worst case political scenario actually happened.

Since then not a day has gone by when we aren’t vividly reminded of how much better a place the United States would have been to live in today if Hillary Clinton was our President.

Our national conduct would befit that of a superpower, instead of a bumbling infant. Our economy would have stayed strong. We would not be internationally reviled for pulling out of the Paris Accord.

We would have been making strides toward the future, doing good for as many people as we could have, for as long as we could have.

There will come a time when we get to try again. America is an empire of magnificent strength. It was built to survive a great deal worse than Donald Trump. In the meantime, however, in our hearts, we know that she was robbed. That single fact alone has done more to disrespect this country than anything that has happened since Bush vs Gore.

Hillary Clinton is one of the most competent living Americans, and the fact of her exclusion from the halls of power in Washington is to the detriment of every man, woman, and child who calls this country home. She would have brought the country honor at all the same junctures that Trump has debased it. She is missed and she is needed more sorely than ever.

Furthermore, it is the opinion of Millennial Democrats that it’s only right to stick up for someone who is being slandered unfairly, and all the more so when they have spent a lifetime sticking up for you.

No matter how much mud they sling at her, we will never turn our backs on Hillary Clinton.

Stormy Speaks Out- A Look at Donald Trump’s True Nature.

#TrumpIsACrook

Once upon a time, Donald Trump used to look like a real all-American guy. The apple pie grin, the big house on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, yucking it up with Robin Leach- It fit America’s image of itself, an image that the Republicans went to great length crafting and selling in the 80’s.

This is the reason Trump has ended up inheriting the mantle of Ronald Reagan. He looked the part.

Unfortunately for everyone, appearances can be deceiving, and often are.

In a stunning interview on 60 Minutes Saturday night, actress Stormy Daniels told a very ugly story.

Daniels, the adult film actress who alleges that she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006, went public with the full story of intimidation, bullying, and misogyny that she was put through by the slob who is now our President.

He went so far as to send thugs around to the gym she worked out at in 2011.

“A guy walked up on me and said to me, ‘Leave Trump alone. Forget the story,’ ” Daniels told journalist Anderson Cooper. “And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, ‘That’s a beautiful little girl. It’d be a shame if something happened to her mom.’ And then he was gone.”

She ended up accepting money through a Trump attorney to remain silent because she was scared for her family. Absurdly, that attorney, Michael Cohen, recently has been claiming that the money belonged to him.

Good old human generosity.

The hush agreement allowed her to protect her career and her family, she said, according to a transcript of the show. What a bullying thug.

At the end of the day, we cannot allow the triumph of the way of thugs and threats. Trump is nothing but a wannabe Mafiosi. He’s always going around boasting and making cheap threats, but ultimately all he can really do is revile his enemies on Twitter. He would do much worse if he were able- that is proved clearly by his Putin fascination- but as things stand today he is only a would-be dictator.

The “60 Minutes” broadcast comes just 72 hours after another woman came forward about her own alleged affair with Trump before he was elected president.

Former Playboy centerfold Karen McDougal has sued to break free of a confidentiality agreement that was struck in the months before the 2016 election.

She signed her contract with the parent company of the National Enquirer, which one of Trump’s cronies happens to own. They bought the story to bury it.

Both women say their relationships with Trump began in 2006 and ended in 2007 and that they were paid for their silence in the months before the 2016 presidential election.

Representatives of Trump have dismissed the allegations of McDougal and Daniels, saying that the affairs never happened and that Trump had no knowledge of any payments.

These events, combined with a judge’s decision this week to let a defamation lawsuit filed by former “Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos, who alleges Trump groped her, move forward, have intensified the spotlight on the president’s history with women.

Perhaps above all else, Trump’s history with women gives us the best look at the manner of man holding our highest office.

He didn’t look at Stormy Daniels as being a person, with feelings and a consciousness. That is how he’s always treated women, and in fact, how he’s always treated everyone who isn’t Donald Trump.

He boasted to her of not sharing a room with Melania, to whom he had been married for only two years and to whom he had an infant child with, as if that makes it any better.

Donald Trump is a man who doesn’t even consider matters of conscience or morality. The word for that is nihilism. It’s Russian.

Millennial Democrats would like to express our best wishes and solidarity with Ms. Daniels. Thank you for your courage in showing us the way.

Going forward, we can continue to repeat the message until it finally begins to sink in. Our president is a criminal, and the country has to rid itself of him to be set right.
