Financial Crash of 2020-Why Disaster’s Unavoidable, Why It’ll Be Trump’s Fault, How to Prepare.

It's almost past time to start preparing for the huge financial crisis that is headed our way next year!

A serious financial crash is headed America’s way in 2020, and make no mistake. We have absolutely got to get ready. It is unavoidable, and it is likely to get very nasty. Our illegitimate president is not telling the truth about it, and the people of the country are not prepared. That is only to be expected. We are told daily how well everything is going, how well Trump is doing handling the economy. This lie is crueler than most he tells because it is having the effect of leading many of us right to the slaughter.

As Ben Bernanke, former chairman of the Federal Finance Board, recently said, “In 2020, Wile E. Coyote is going to run off the cliff- and look down.”

The president will not help prepare us for the upcoming disaster; so be it. We expect no less. We’ll just do what we do about everything else. Raise awareness, and get ready.

A financial collapse brings many a curse along with it, but one of the worst is that it doesn’t abide by a timeline. During the #TrumpShutdown, for instance, people suffered all manner of crises. The country permanently lost five billion dollars. But while it was very destructive (and unnecessary), it was also short. Many collapses are even shorter, their duration measuring for days rather than weeks. This allows recovery efforts to commence almost immediately. Economic downturns, however, are unmeasurable in length. For most the hit they take will be felt for a minimum of a year, with the aftereffects resonating for several years as a nation recovers.

Sane people will find it impossible to repress a shiver to think what could have happened if he’d kept it up for months.

During an economic collapse, there are symptoms that affect large companies and industries, with very visible signs, felt in the family home. Symptoms of collapse are manifold and include such pleasant sides of life as high bankruptcy rates, widespread unemployment, hyperinflation, a spike in death rates (attributable to depression or other financial causes), social collapse and a high increase in crime.

This is all bad enough by itself. When you take into account that our leadership is not only unwilling and unable to provide the people any relief but actively lying to the nation’s populace so as to swindle them out of voting with self-interest in mind, it becomes very clear that many Americans are about to suffer a massive and total calamity. It’s been coming from Day One. Many specialists believe that American top income- an overwhelmingly right-wing set of half-fascist monopoly capitalists- causes crashes and downturns on purpose, so that people will sell them everything for pennies on the dollar and they can profit massively off the crisis they callously caused, although of course this is very hard to prove.

Back in 2016, many people believed the American economy would start to crash the day Donald Trump took office. Eight years of strenuous recovery work had finally righted the course, and now Trump would come along like a baboon and sling feces all over it, his preferred hostile takeover method. As expected, he did, but the economy not only survived him, it blossomed in spite of him. Immediately he began to boast and take credit for it. But that idea was ridiculous. Economists have been searching for real reasons ever since.

The first thing to understand about the effects presidential policies can have on our economy is that they are at best unclear. Robert J. Samuelson of the Washington Post wrote that “the $20 trillion economy is simply too big and complicated to be easily manipulated for partisan advantage.” While presidential policies do eventually have an effect, they do not manifest instantly, and while there is nothing surprising about the president boasting credit, he seems to have lucked out in the short term.

“It’s at least possible that bigger budget deficits will, if anything, strengthen the economy briefly,” said the New York Times’s Paul Krugman.

That’s how it ended up going, and while of course, it is wonderful that we’ve had such a bounce in our prosperity, we have to come to realize NOW, today, at this very minute that it’s almost over! Millennial Democrats were lucky enough to have a true expert offer us a bit of counsel and insight into the problem.

“People are bound to ask why it will collapse. Luckily, the answers are fairly simple Many economists are expecting a 2020 recession based on factors that have little to do with Donald Trump. Wage growth is not keeping up with price increases. Household debt has hit new highs, exceeding even the pre-2008 recession period, and federal debt increase has escalated dramatically. Economic bubbles like this BURST.” -Unknown Soldier.

In other words, our current economy is going to crash.

It is now time to draw our belts in a notch. We’ve got to start saving money, putting it aside and preparing to survive through what could be some very hard times with it. The president can refuse to help the people when they’re in need, and make no mistake about it. That is one promise Trump could make truthfully. He will do nothing but make matters far, far worse.

The steps needed to prepare for an economic collapse are similar to those used in a zombie apocalypse. We’ve got to embrace frugality. Our banks and wallets will become our survival tools. By investing wisely and doing basic research on money-saving methods, we’ll be digging storm shelters for ourselves, and when it’s over we will still have heads to pop out and smell the air with.

Bernie’s Foundation Crumbling- Campaign Alumni Address “Sexual Violence” In 2016.

Bernie Sanders is all bernt up!

Former staffers and alumni of the 2016 Bernie Sanders campaign wrote a lengthy letter to Bernie’s office, wanting to set up a meeting with Bernie’s office to address the climate of “sexual violence” that took place during the 2016 primary season. They labeled the situation as it developed “untenable”, and “dangerous”. They made specific reference to a pervasive culture of toxic masculinity

More than two dozen women and men who worked on that campaign participated in the letter’s crafting.

“In recent weeks there has been an ongoing conversation on social media, in texts, and in person, about the untenable and dangerous dynamic that developed during our campaign,” they wrote.

It’s about time.

This letter is not only a huge nail in undead Bernie’s coffin. It is also solid proof of something we’ve been waiting a long time for; namely, that the 9 of 10 Sanders supporters who went on to vote for Hillary Clinton in November of 2016 have inside them the moral capacity needed to assert themselves and make their voices heard on this incredibly important matter.

We’ve been hoping for years for this because it had been getting really hard to keep respecting those who kept on supporting Sanders through it all.

For three years now, we who occupy the sane center of America’s political spectrum have been forced to watch as a new type of critter, the Bernie Bro, crawled up out of the primordial filth to start spewing all over the country’s national dialectic. You couldn’t get through ten posts on your Facebook timeline without seeing some line of anti-Clinton conspiracy hatred slathered somewhere around a #BernieOrBust hashtag.

Nor has this tendency generally improved; this is clearly evidenced by the recent torrent of Bro slander unleashed against Beto O’Rourke.

It has been so disgusting that I know many people who will not now even say they’re on the left at all. They’ll say only that they are moderates. That is because their revulsion to the psychosis that led Bernie supporters to riot in the streets of Philadelphia during Hillary’s acceptance of the 2016 Democratic Party presidential nomination is so total.

I hope that one day they will heal enough to allow themselves to be brought back around. We need them.

This is the end for Bernie Sanders. His revolution is over, and his foundations are crumbling. Revolution Messaging, his feared social media machine, works for Beto now. Tad Devine is burned up; he was the first witness called at Paul Manafort‘s trial. Bernie’s campaign manager and Trump’s campaign manager were linked inextricably both by fate and Robert Mueller. Chief strategist Jeff Weaver was one of the ones who signed the letter.

It’s over. Time to move on.

This taking of accountability by the mentally stable members of the Sanders campaign will be a big start in restoring strength and unity to the sane center, where the middle class in all nations live.

All of us have known many Bernie supporters who were great people, progressive in the true sense of the word, people who were willing to overlook his lousy resume because they felt the issues he was championing to be so important. In all fairness and sincerity, they were! Income inequality in America really is gigantic. The middle class really is disappearing, we really do need public healthcare, and Norway really does have an excellent system of government- a capitalist one, like every other civilized country in the world.

All of that was valid, and those people who fought for it and still voted for Clinton are honorable, good Americans, just like us. But they have been shouted down by the same people who’ve been trying to shout us down, that noisy, visible, and unruly pack of creatures known as the Bernie Bros.

Those Bros are the ones who revealed the side of Bernie he didn’t want you to see.

The one who said women would prefer to stay home.

The one who said that Planned Parenthood is the establishment.

The one who voted to get lighter prison sentences for rapists.

The one who penned rape fantasy essays in the ’70s.

The list goes on ad nauseum, but one thread remains the same. This is a man who never, ever, in his whole twenty-eight years in the Congress, did a thing to champion black issues, women’s issues, LGBT issues, or really any issues except ones directly concerning white men like him. He also renamed two post offices.

Remember those last set of 2016 Democratic primary debates? Both presidential contenders were fiery, and passionate, which was only to be expected in what had, until that point, been a highly issues- focused and progressively driven primary. But once Bernie started losing, he got out and out rude. Rather than taking the opportunity to renounce the extremities of misogyny committed by his supporters, his performance gave weight to the concern Paul Krugman expressed back then: “Bernie is becoming a Bernie Bro.”

During the debate, Sanders interrupted Clinton again and again, at one point even throwing out a long “excuuuuse me” while wagging his finger. When not interrupting, he sat there smirking and making faces while Clinton spoke. At one point, he was seen muttering a sarcastic “OK.”

Imagine how this would play out in a general election! Imagine how Trump would beat us over the head with this!

We have just finished seeing the end of the Year of the Democratic Woman. Nearly a hundred women across America just won midterm elections. And women have for years now been dragged savagely through the mud by the maniacal supporters of Bernie. If the choice was Trump vs Bernie, how better than to thoroughly demoralize them? What a win-win for Vladimir Putin.

During the election, one of our contributors was told that they hoped she was gang-raped, due to her refusal to support their chosen master. And on the subject of rape, look at what Bernie himself wrote on the subject! Just don’t look right after lunch. They might as well have invited Harvey Weinstein or Bill Cosby.

Quoth St. Bernard,

“A man goes home and masturbates, to his usual fantasy- A woman tied up, a woman on her knees, a woman abused. A woman enjoys intercourse with her man- as she fantasizes being raped by three men simultaneously.”

“Have you ever looked at the StagManHeroTough magazines on the shelf of your local bookstore? Do you know why the newspaper with the articles like ‘Girl of 12 raped by 14 men’ sell so well? To what in us are they appealing?”

It’s clear Bernie knows to what they are appealing, at any rate, and why not? He always has the answers, to everything!

Watch for the moniker ‘Rape Fantasy Bernie’ to join the ranks of Lyin’ Ted and Little Marco. This is all to say nothing of the other baggage he comes with; the list is so long it’s taken over a dozen articles for this organization even to begin touching it. Here’s a timeline compilation on Bernie’s bull from Medium; if you’ve got three days to spend reading, knock yourself out.

It would be the biggest disaster in the history of the Democratic Party, Nixon vs. McGovern all over again.

We have always known and believed that most of his supporters are not the kind of people to permanently turn a blind eye to all this, and it’s a big relief to see them start asserting their awareness. They should know that they have compromised themselves severely over the years by remaining silent while all this went on for basic political reasons, e.g. they didn’t want to hurt Bernie. They should be commended for finally realizing that in this issue, Bernie has hurt himself and that the topic has needed addressing.

They should be deeply commended for putting this plan into action, and actually writing that letter. Sexual violence. That’s heavy.

Last year, Millennial Democrats addressed it ourselves, when anti-Semitic organizer Linda Sarsour invited Sanders to be the keynote speaker at the Women’s March. There was an outcry over that so huge that Bernie backed out as fast as his legs would carry him so that people would stop talking about this.

The choice of Bernie Sanders was an insult to every woman everywhere.

This year, Chicago won’t have the Women’s March, because they found out what Sarsour really is. Until she is gone, there is no Women’s March. A California Women’s March has been canceled as well, this time because of racial issues that have never been addressed by these rabid supporters of Bernie Sanders.

Just as we wrote last year, we need to Occupy the Women’s March, but that’s another story.

Perhaps after he fails to change, and they come to understand he’s been this way for sixty years and isn’t changing, they’ll make the next logical step, and come back over to our side, where nothing but welcome awaits them.

The next words are for all sane supporters of Bernie Sanders- Come back to us. We will embrace you.

By all means, go ahead with your plan to convert and reform Bernie, and the climate of “sexual violence” that takes place around him. If you succeed, it’s the best thing for America and the human race. Every person who becomes a champion for the rights of women, and everyone else, has done something to promote a better world. This would also mean we get to look forward to hearing him take full public accountability for six decades worth of chauvinism.

He’d better get started.

Our predictions for your success, however, are sadly not very bright. We Democrats have been trying to reason with Bernie for many years, but the kind of guy who said JFK made him nauseous is not likely to align precisely with traditional liberal and progressive goals. If and when he fails to achieve in this, the modest task that is his charge, give us a call.

This is being written on New Year’s Day. 2019 is here, and the halfway point of the Trump presidency will be crossed in just under three weeks. The end is in sight. We need to win next year and rid the country of Donald Trump.

Let us now come together once and for all to pick a leader who can guide us through the storm. And let us realize, once and for all, that Bernie Sanders is not it.

Obama Policies Boost Economy, Trump Claims Credit.

Trump is boasting unjustly

On Wednesday, U.S. government experts had something good to say, for a change.

Our economy has expanded at a 3.3 percent annual rate in the third quarter. We have performed beyond expectation slightly, three-tenths of a percent faster than their first estimate.

The economic recovery since the 2007-2009 recession is now in its eighth year and showing little signs of slowing down.

The recovery is primarily being powered by a tightening labour market. This has allowed for the maintenance of the strong performance that started during former President Barack Obama’s first term.

The growth rate we are seeing now is in line with the nation’s recovery and with President Obama’s targeted goal. However, unlike President Obama, Trump doesn’t understand that this will fluctuate. Economists generally see such a pace as unsustainable and expect growth to slow sometime in 2018. Trump sees it as proof that he’s making everything great, all the while plotting happily to destroy it.

The Senate Budget Committee advanced its bill Tuesday, sending it to the full chamber for a vote later this week.

Weighing in in favour of the bill was Jan Hatzius, chief economist at Goldman Sachs.  Unsurprisingly, he thinks the new tax plan is a great idea. Make your voices heard any way you can think up, folks.

The administration’s remaining supporters gesture limply toward stock market returns. But the stock market is not the only measure of the economy, nor even a particularly reliable one.
If the market’s history teaches us anything, it is that markets go up and down. A market disaster may wait just over the horizon. Trump has promised to blame the judicial branch if we experience another terrorist attack. One wonders where he’ll find a scapegoat when stock markets fall, the real estate market slows, or inflation takes off? What sort of a goat could even do all that anyway?
Temporary deficit spending can sometimes help the economy. Economist Paul Krugman cites the 2008 financial crisis as an example when unemployment was very high.
The Federal Reserve—normally our first line of defence against recessions—had limited ability to act, because the interest rates it controls were already very close to zero. That was a time for serious pump-priming; unfortunately, we never got enough of it, thanks to scorched-earth Republican opposition.”
Our economy is very different in 2017. Unemployment is near historic lows. Quit rates, which show how confident workers are in their ability to find new jobs, are back to pre-crisis levels. Wage rates are rising at last, and the Federal Reserve has begun raising interest rates. If we just keep walking straight, we’ll be fine.
Krugman had the following to say on the matter.
“Whether or not we’re back to full employment is for the economists to debate”, but “the economic engine no longer needs a fiscal jump-start. This is exactly the wrong time to be talking about the desirability of bigger budget deficits.”

Trump’s recklessness and slovenly manner of governing set fire to the foundations needed for sustained national economic growth. If the Trump administration continues to stoke fear, it may soon do exponential damage to the fundamental legal and cultural infrastructure that made America a great place to invest and do business.

Quinnipiac University released a new poll about this on Wednesday. Most Americans know to give credit to former President Obama for the current state of the U.S. economy than to Trump, although it should be fairly conceded Trump’s constant boasting has had some effect. Constantly assuming credit over his betters, he has convinced some people through sheer repetition that he can take credit for this somehow, and that’s where we come in.

Trump’s policies are going to lay waste the good work that President Obama spent eight years on.

Tax plans are confusing. They tend to be full of numbers and technical jargon. They give the gift of throbbing temples to most of us. But one thing, at least, is easy to grasp. It’s going to hurt the middle class terribly. This plan is legislative savagery at its worst.

Trump’s tax plan is much like his other policies. Ill-conceived, worse planned, and terrible for very nearly everyone. The CBO report speaks for itself. It’s really more of a tax plot.

As expected, the plan would help the wealthy at the direct expense of the middle class. It will actively hurt the poor. It is also known that foreign oligarch investors, including many from Russia, will be the beneficiaries.

The tax break improves for each income level, meaning that the people who need the most help get the least of it. The top 1 percent would get an 8.5 percent break.

“This nasty and backwards budget green lights cuts to Medicare and Medicaid in order to give a tax break to big corporations and the wealthiest Americans. It shifts the burden from the wealthy and puts it squarely on the back of the middle class, and blows a hole in the deficit to boot,” said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

“I think it will go down in history as one of the worst budgets Congress has ever passed.

In full agreement are the more than 400 millionaires and billionaires who are reportedly asking Congress not to cut their taxes.

The group, which includes doctors, lawyers and chief executives, plans to send a letter to Congress and ask that their taxes not be cut under the GOP tax overhaul, The Washington Post reported.

Those of us with sense enough to stand against these cuts must speak out. Loudly, and now. If not, then Medicare, Medicaid and other safety net programs will be gutted and burned. All so that the GOP can pay out a tax cut to the ones who need it the least. We will fight this to the end, and we will bear witness.
