Dear Facebook, Please Stop Suppressing Loyal Americans.

Dear Facebook, Please stop suppressing loyal Americans.

Facebook is a real hellhole, these days. I suppose it always has been; after all, we’ve been going through this now since 2016 and before. The first time we wrote an article chronicling our electronic woes, we called it Fake News and Facebook, and that was in 2017. But lately, things have gotten even worse. Far worse.

Democrats are being systematically targeted, taken out, suppressed, silenced, deactivated, unpublished, and erased, on Facebook. Trump recently hauled him in to express preposterous concerns as to whether or not they’ve been suppressing conservative speech, which was, in my opinion, a smokescreen to distract from the true situation, a classic case of Freudian projection. The list of miseries they have caused us recently is endless. This article could be written until the end of time.

This is why recently grilled Mark Zuckerberg (who ludicrously claimed Facebook can help the news business recently- perhaps he means by lighting it on fire? The world may never know) was threatened by the House of Representatives that we might just break up his company for him if he does not toe the line.

Is it our opinion that Facebook should be smashed to bits and scattered to the Four Winds? No. We need it to reach people, but something must be done. If you’re asking us, should it be taken away from Zuckerberg and his cronies, like Dustin Moskowitz who gave the staggering sum of $1.25 million to the fake leftist organization that crowned and created Bernie Sanders?

You better believe it!

Facebook and Zuckerberg pose an existential threat to free speech. The way they have callously sold our data, the way they did nothing in 2016 to warn us that Russia, an enemy country, was attacking our presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and their flagrant, everyday abuse of the brave Democratic activists who have led the Resistance against Donald Trump- All of it represents an undermining of American democracy on a level never even approached by Bill Gates and Microsoft (although Linux is better than Windows:) back in the day, and look at what was done to them! If Microsoft deserved it, Facebook deserves it a hundred times more. A thousand, ten thousand times more. The number is infinite, really.

This guy Zuckerberg- who I genuinely hope reads this article-has earned being removed from the situation if anyone ever did. Look at the epic slither he tossed out as a slick when Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (who is pretty good at grilling these guys, even if she does hang around with the closeted right-wing group the Justice Democrats) asked him (in essence) why in the hell has Fox News’s Tucker Carlson’s company The Daily Caller been chosen to check these facts?

“We actually don’t appoint the independent fact-checkers, they go through an independent organization called the Independent Fact-Checking Network that has a rigorous (LOL!~) standard for who they allow to serve as a fact-checker.”

That is false. Media Matters of America informs us that “Facebook requires its partners to be accredited by the organization, which is actually called the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), but it is Facebook, not IFCN, who decides which organizations Facebook uses in its fact-checking project.”

Actually, it’s not even a slither, since slithering implies evasion or omission rather than a flat out lie. This IS a flat out lie. A major American figure, one who should be an icon of free speech, lying on behalf of the Russians and the fascist American right. How utterly disgusting. How banal.

In her fundamental work The Origins of Totalitarianism, legendary political theorist Hannah Arendt coined an interesting phrase to describe an interesting tendency; the “banality of evil”. She was observing the pettiness of mankind’s cruelty to man in the realm of a dictator. The small petty ugliness of evil, the evil of cheap shots and Blockfuhrers. The thug classes and discriminatory neo-Jim Crow laws one will find in a failing democracy. One particular evil always comes in the form of information suppression. State TV like Fox News is a top indicator.

The first time I actually saw banal evil, it was when a Wal-Mart opened up in Taos, New Mexico and killed half the small businesses in town, more than two hundred of them. I resolved to fight and began to raise awareness just as I do now, and again, like now with Facebook, it was very hard to get anyone to listen.

One guy I met sort of cocked his eyebrow suspiciously at me, and said, “You high, man?” As it worked out I was not. But perhaps I might as well have been. For all our struggles, the next year they opened a Super Walmart, and all the rest of the town’s little Mom and Pop stores followed the dinosaurs and Pat Buchanan down the path to forgotten oblivion.

This time, I will not give up so easily, and neither will any other online Democratic activist. Yet our arsenal is not enough alone. We are asking for your help, America. Facebook is trying to shut us down.

This is happening to every group of Democrats on Facebook.

Why are we being forbidden to speak out for our country? There’s no rule saying that, of course, but half of our Pages at least, more than fifty of them, have been shadowbanned and unpublished over the years, and more than ever recently. It’s clear we’ve got stalkers, trained personnel who know how to use the Report as Spam/Abuse button as weapons. Presumably they’re the same people who are trying to hack my blog here all day long. I have had some of the best hackers in the world try to hack me lately, like this guy Alin Stefanescu, head of the University of Bucharest’s computer science department.

One of my many teachers-and the hacker trying to ruin me.

This is Alin Stefanescu. One of my many teachers-and one more hacker trying to ruin me.

Wow, I thought. Just- wow. He's got an entire university department to run, and still he finds the time to pile attacks on little ol' me.
This is the WHOIS registry’s information on the IP address that had hacked us most recently. Other than this, I have no relationship with the crude and thuggish Stefanescu, friend and servant of dictators.

Romania is known for the skill of its hackers and the school he works at is considered their best. That means that the top information technology expert in Romania has been trying personally to take me out.

God, how creepy.

It’s not possible to see who’s been falsely reporting you and stalking your Facebook. But common sense is enough to let you know, if they’re here, they’re there.

There are only three major social media sites in America. Twitter comes in at third place with around three hundred million members; roughly the population of our proud country. We just launched Twitter on every state in the country, we’ve had enough of this. Instagram takes second with nine hundred million, and in the first place, as everyone miserably knows, is Facebook. Two billion people are on Facebook, nearly a third of all the people on Earth. That should be good for Americans since it is an American company.

But it isn’t.

Facebook has been the enemy since at least 2015. I ended up falling down the political rabbit-hole because of Facebook ads spreading around fake news attacks on Hillary Clinton. It didn’t seem like Karl Rove or the Koch Brothers, either. I was reminded of Wal-Mart in Taos, and I entered the fray in dead earnest. I have been here every day since then, watching as resurgent fascism begins to sweep like wildfire over the world.

The battlefield back then as now was cybernetic, and our struggle was the first proxy war we had fought with the Russians since Afghanistan. Of the many battles we have fought in since then, 99 out of 100 have been on Facebook. There’s a movement around, #DeleteFacebook, and this is to be recommended with the highest degree of seriousness for John Q. Citizen. But for us, it isn’t an option. For all its many flaws, Facebook is where we reach most of our people, and that is worth any possible risk to me.

Before that, I always thought it was just something for old ladies to trade pictures of their cats on- and it is. Cat pictures are about the only thing you’re not getting in trouble for these days.

Because of what Facebook has done to us this week, and why, it’s going to be harder than usual for us to get this article out. Make no mistake at all; they are suppressing loyal Democrats online.

The big thing is that they unpublished our dear good Millennial Democrats- Hawaii Page. 3.1 thousand Likes. We often reach upwards of a hundred thousand weekly. Our Directory Page, Millennial Democrats-America has now been shadowbanned, e.g. our posts are denied access to their News Feed. We were supposed to get off restriction today, but for the fourth week in a row, the first post-not in any way in violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service- was enough to restrict us with a shadowban again. For years they denied they even knew what shadowbanning was, and then a month or two ago they actually patented it. Lol.

Ohio and Oregon are likewise restricted, which is odd since Ohio is not a busy state for us. I guess they figured it was for good measure. Four of our friends are on restriction, and for nothing. Facebook is not even warning people anymore. Two of our friends have had their actual accounts deactivated, again with no reason and they also have disabled even our ability to Report that our Page is broken. They do not respond to our appeals. They literally will not accept our pleas.

Facebook deactivated our Page, and then refused even to let us file a report asking for help, as you can see in the picture.
Facebook deactivated our Page, and then refused even to let us file a report asking for help, as you can see in the picture.

You ever saw that movie Hobo with a Shotgun? Rutger Hauer, you know? Great movie. Rutger looks like he’s been abusing methamphetamine, but that’s part of its charm. It reminds me of the Facebook algorithm. Because what Mark Zuckerberg has done is to take that infamous algorithm they use as a weapon of suppression millions of times more powerful than Bull Connor’s police dogs and file it down to a hair-trigger. Now it blows up at anything, whether it be true or not.

We are tired of fighting this alone.

It is time for the big boys to get involved. Feel free to consider us a resource, guys. This guy here, who threatened to kill me? I would like nothing better than the chance to impale him-with the law.

And there you have it; a psychopathic hacker sending emails threatening murder. Whether or not you agree with me isn't the point. I am an American, your countryman. If Warren does win, these same people will be attacking you. Be careful, fellow Democrats, not to make a devil's bargain. We are not enemies in my eyes, just opponents for now. I don't want to see you lot get killed, even if you don't return my sentiments.
And there you have it; a psychopathic foreign hacker sending emails to Democrats threatening murder.

What we face now is an information struggle, friends and countrymen, and the prize is the soul of the world order. They want to bring in the awful hybrid socialism used in places like China and Hungary. Will we continue along in the proud liberal American tradition that has brought us to our perch atop the world? Or will we let some slimebag techie like Mark Zuckerberg pick and choose our presidents for us, along with savage dictators like Vladimir Putin? For a real Democrat, there is no choice to make at all. We’re going to fight them.

And we’re asking for your help. Tell everyone you know. Call your local Representatives, write to your Senators. You can skip the White House, though. These days the assaults on our country are being ordered from it.

A Grand Coverup- Complicit GOP Signals End To Russia Investigation.

Bring on #TheBlueWave!

The Republicans in Congress are complicit in the Russiagate scandal. When you know about a crime, and you help to cover it up, you have chosen to become part of it, and that is exactly what is going on now.

It has always been important to keep the Republicans out of power, at least in the post-Lincoln history of America, but never like this since Nixon. Bring on #TheBlueWave.

The freshest outrage is that Rep. Mike Conaway(R-TX), the Republican leading the committee’s Russia investigation, as well as other House Intelligence Committee Republicans have made it clear they are ready to end the investigative phase of their Russia probe and move on to writing the final report.

Trump’s first campaign manager Corey Lewandowski is scheduled to be interviewed by the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday.

It’s looking like he could be one of the last major witnesses to appear as part of the panel’s Russia investigation. Conaway has said that he hasn’t ruled out calling additional witnesses, but he’s hinted that no big names remain on his list.

The ostensible reasons they are giving as to why the Committee should end its investigation, right as the Russiagate scandal hits its highest pitch, are insane. They sound audibly ridiculous.
Rep. Tom Rooney of Florida pointed to the leaks of White House communications director Hope Hicks’ testimony last week as a reason to end the investigation, while Rep. Pete King of New York says the committee has learned all it can.
“To me, I don’t see anything else that’s out there that hasn’t been explored,” King told CNN.

At any rate, the end may have come in the opinion of the House Intelligence Republicans, but Democrats know better. Leaders like Adam Schiff quickly stood up to oppose that crooked and treasonous policy. On Thursday he made clear that we need to talk to the attendees of that meeting.

There are still dozens of witnesses the panel ought to be calling, of course, as well as numerous subpoenas it should issue or enforce. For that panel to do otherwise would be for them to do a tremendous disservice, both to justice in this case and to America’s national interest. Let it never be forgotten.
Democrats have pointed to two new events this week as reasons to keep calling witnesses. Sam Nunberg’s media blitz and reports that Putin-owned Russian investor George Nader attended secret meetings with the Russians in the Seychelles archipelago during the Trump transition.

The New York Times, on Tuesday, reported Special Counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed Lebanese-American businessman George Nader. Nader is reportedly cooperating. He testified before a grand jury last week.

This testimony ended up being quite explosive. It brought the focus back to a shady January 2017 meeting held during the Trump transition between Nader and Erik Prince, founder of the private security firm Blackwater and informal Trump adviser.

The secretive meeting was also speculated to be a potential backdoor link between the Trump universe and the Kremlin. They routed the meeting through the United Arab Emirates. The whole thing was one giant misdirection on the part of those involved.

On Wednesday the Washington Post’s reporting confirmed that speculation.

Robert Mueller’s investigators have now discovered solid evidence that this meeting was, in fact, an attempt to establish a back channel between Trump and the Kremlin.

The full implications of what this means will take some time to come out, but in the meantime, one thing is for sure.  Erik Prince, the Trump emissary at the off-book rendezvous, has been lying. And quite a few others have been also.

“Last year, Prince told lawmakers—and the news media—that his Seychelles meeting with Kirill Dmitriev, the head of a Russian government-controlled wealth fund, was an unplanned, unimportant encounter that came about by chance because he happened to be at a luxury hotel in the Indian Ocean island nation with officials from the United Arab Emirates,” the Post reported.

The waves of the Russiagate scandal has rocked America in successive blows recently, and all of this comes as the freshest breaker. Ever since Rick Gates agreed to cooperate the house has been coming in on Donald Trump everywhere. The writing is on the wall for his administration.

But it also falls to us to never let anyone forget how the Republicans have sabotaged this investigation at every turn. How they made excuses, looked the other way, and when necessary, covered up.

The manner in which they have conducted themselves is in many ways even more repugnant than that of Trump, because he is fundamentally slow and limited and incapable of doing any better. The likes of Mitch McConnell are lifelong professional politicians. They can’t pretend to hide behind ignorance.

It is the opinion of Millennial Democrats that the majority of Americans would join in our crusade in earnest if they could somehow be shown the bare bones of the truth on these matters through all the noise and misdirection the conservatives deluge our country in.

Only refusing to give in and go back to sleep can we hope to secure the future of our democracy. We have to raise awareness of what they are doing with all the vigor we can bring to the table.

This is not Hitler’s Germany. This is not Putin’s Russia.

GOP Sells Out America on Russiagate- Stand While You Can.

We are living through what is perhaps the biggest week in the entire Russiagate saga thus far. It reads like a grocery list, so we’ll just get started.

Andrew McCabe, deputy director of the FBI, resigned under pressure. He essentially was forced out.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee voted to release an illegally altered staff memo alleging FBI surveillance abuses relating to the Trump-Russia investigation.

FBI Director Christopher Wray’s warning that some of the information is classified and there are “material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy” has been ignored.

The US House Intelligence Committee’s top Democrat, Adam Schiff, immediately castigated Republicans for going so far as to physically amend a prepared memo about claims of FBI surveillance at the 2016 election.

“This is not about the facts,” Schiff said. “This is about a narrative the chairman (Nunes) wants to put out – a misleading narrative, to undermine the FBI, undermine the department and ultimately undermine Bob Mueller.

These changes were made minutes after the Committee signed off on it, and minutes before turning it in to Donald Trump. Two other memos on the subject are also floating around, but those are not likely to reach the public. What a surprise.

Next, within minutes of the committee vote, the Trump administration announced that it will not impose the new sanctions on Russia.

Both the House and the Senate voted nearly unanimously (another guy who refused to make that vote was Bernie Sanders) for the sanctions, but this also was ignored, even though earlier in the same afternoon CIA chief Mike Pompeo released a report of his conclusion that Russia is preparing to hack our midterm elections.

There have already been sanctions in place for Russia’s annexing of Crimea in 2014, and for its repeated aggression and provocations in Ukraine and elsewhere. This new set was intended to punish Russia specifically for meddling in the 2016 presidential election. But Trump, the beneficiary of all this hacking, has paid off for his master in a big way.

Looks like Vladimir Putin has finally made his next move.

They’re calling it his Saturday Night Massacre.

Leading Democrat Adam Schiff suggested the White House would use the memo, if released, to fire Robert Mueller or Department of Justice head Rod Rosenstein.

In December,Trump accosted Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller, regarding his personal loyalties. He wanted to know whether Mr Rosenstein was “on my team”, CNN reports.

That’s the same sort of Hitler-esque loyalty oath he asked James Comey for. When he did not receive it, he recklessly fired Comey, opening this door and kicking off this whole process in earnest. That type of nonsense is what makes him an extremely useful idiot to Putin.

Russian TV was filled with glee, their jubilant anchor boasting that “Trump is ours again!” according to translator Julia Davis.

By subverting the Congressional Republicans, Putin has delivered the most tremendous blow yet to our democracy. This is a far greater coup than subverting one slovenly old debtor.

Trump in and of himself is nothing. He’s a babbling imbecile. No one pays him any mind on his own except his deplorable base.

The Supreme Court and Chief of Staff John Kelly, the real President, have done what they can to restrain him, but what’s really kept him from getting much done is incompetence.

With Putin there to provide strategic guidance, however, and both houses of the Congress in the hands of his Republican allies, Trump’s capacity to deal out damage in this whole mega-treason becomes enormous. The casual observer wonders about the purpose of a visit paid to Pompeo by top Russian spy chiefs, ostensibly to discuss counter-terrorism measures, earlier this week.

The actual Saturday Night Massacre refers to the incident of then-President Richard Nixon fired Archibald Cox, the Special Prosecutor assigned to handle the investigation of the Watergate scandal. It ultimately led to his impeachment, but not before doing much to complete the ideological cleaving of America. And the Congress that went through with getting rid of him was not the same creature as that of today.

We cannot be lulled into believing that this Congress will have the same sort of stomach and decency as the one that prepared to oust Nixon. Democrats hold neither house. And these Republicans have acted without conscience at every vote. There is not a sound reason to trust them, especially after the way they conducted themselves in regards to this anti-FBI memo.

The two top Democrats in Congress, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, have called for the removal of House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes in the latest development in a fierce battle over the chairman’s classified memo.

This development places us in the worst situation we’ve yet seen. The essence of it is that the Republicans and their billionaire masters, like the Koch brothers, have willingly turned a blind eye to everything for the sake of the fat tax cut they got. They’re bending right over for Putin.

Many of them are showing signs of indigestion of the conscience, as evidenced by the fact of so many of the GOP leaders in Congress retiring, but it’s a little late for that. They have already proven willing to accept anything for the sake of that money, even the death of our democracy and subservience to a foreign dictator. There’s no going back now.

On Wednesday, South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, became the third GOP lawmaker in just the past week to announce plans to leave Congress at the end of this term.

“Washington’s not a very pleasant place for anybody,” said former representative Tom Davis, a Virginia Republican who retired in 2008. “The public hates you.”

The nature of their plot has now become as obvious as it was shortsighted- to take the money, and run before the Nuremberg trials start up.

Make no mistake, Democrats- We are on our own this year.

If the Blue Wave is indeed going to sweep over this country at the midterm elections, we are going to have to work very hard, because nobody is going to do it for us. We can expect no help whatsoever dealing with Russian cyber-aggression from the government, because we are not in control of the government. It is our opinion that everyone should be really careful.

Even earlier today, Millennial Democrats experienced a bruteforce attack. This hacker, from Lviv, Ukraine, tries this all the time, which does at least save us the trouble of having to assemble fresh pictures.

First we get an alert, as in Exhibit One.

Bored, uncreative loser who tried to hack me
Exhibit One- a turd who tried to hack us.

Then we go to a site called WhatismyIPaddress.com, and take a look at where the culprit’s from. The details thus given can be seen in Exhibit Two.

Creepy.
Exhibit Two- Lviv is a very famous place, world renowned for the quality of its IT experts. Unfortunately, it is also the host of this parasite.

We are going to need to stick closely together, as the only thing we’ve got left is one another. The Republicans are active hostiles. The Russians are digging in deeper every day. And we have no central leadership at all. If we don’t stand up now, we will never again be able.
